Cancellation Policy and Payment Structure

Cancellation Policy

Refunds

If you plan on discontinuing or taking a break from Messy Makers, you must fill out a Discontinuation Form. This form is due 2 weeks prior to the start of the month for which your child will no longer attend classes. When you cancel, you are welcome to register again anytime, as long as there is space available. This form does not apply to the Bundle Package Deal.

We do not give refunds or exchanges if you are unable to attend a class. If we cancel the class for special circumstances, we give you the option of choosing between a refund or reimbursement for that class. If you miss a class, you may do a make-up class. See below for details.

Refunds for purchases can be given up to one week before your first day of class. After that, all sales are final.

Make-Ups

  • You may do a make-up for a missed class. In order to do a make-up class, you must cancel before the start of the class. Just email or text me to let me know. If you know ahead of time that you are going to miss a class, please let us know as soon as you can. It will help us to plan ahead for the number of kids attending that day.
  • In order to schedule a make up class, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange the day and time.
  • You may only attend a make-up class within the session that you missed. Make-ups do not roll over into the next session.

Payment Structure

Messy Makers classes are payed for on a monthly basis at a consistent rate. This consistent rate is based on the number of classes we have in a year and takes holidays and studio closures into consideration.  We understand that some months have more weekly classes, and some months have less but by the end of June, when we take a Summer Break, the number of classes factor each other out. This format provides flexibility, ease and consistency for our clients.
