Cancellation Policy
Refunds
We do not give refunds or exchanges if you are unable to attend a class. If we cancel the class for special circumstances, we give you the option of choosing between a refund or reimbursement for that class. If you miss a class, you may do a make-up class. See below for details.
Refunds for purchases can be given up to one week before your first day of class. After that, all sales are final.
Make-Ups
- You may do a make-up for a missed class. In order to do a make-up class, you must cancel before the start of the class. Just email or text me to let me know. If you know ahead of time that you are going to miss a class, please let us know as soon as you can. It will help us to plan ahead for the number of kids attending that day.
- In order to schedule a make up class, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange the day and time.
- You may only attend a make-up class within the session that you missed. Make-ups do not roll over into the next session.
